Utility
The Utility is one of our most popular sheds. It is available in 8ft, 10ft, 12ft, 14ft, and 16ft widths. All models come with 7ft tall walls standard. Walls may be lowered to 6ft tall, or if the building is at least 10ft wide, raised up to 8ft tall at no extra cost. Standard features include a single 48in wooden Shop-Built Door in the 8ft-wide model, and a 72in wooden Shop-Built Double Door in models that are 10ft+ wide. Windows are not included, but may be added.

Side Utility
The Side Utility is available in 8ft, 10ft, 12ft, 14ft, and 16ft widths. All models come with 7ft tall walls standard. Walls may be lowered to 6ft tall, or if the building is at least 10ft wide, raised up to 8ft tall at no extra cost. Standard features include a single 48in wooden Shop-Built Door in the 8ft-wide model, and a 72in wooden Shop-Built Double Door in models that are 10ft+ wide. Two 2ft x 3ft Windows are included, but only models 16ft+ long can have both windows and the Double Door placed along a wall together.
